2. Personal data processed

• Identity: full name
• Contact: email address, phone number (optional)
• Request content: selected subject and your message
• Transaction security: IP address, browser information, date/time and similar technical logs

3. Purposes

• Responding to the request you submit via the contact form and contacting you
• Evaluating quotation and information requests about our services
• Preventing misuse of the form (spam, excessive requests) and ensuring information security
• Complying with our legal obligations

4. Collection method and legal bases

Your data is collected electronically and by automated means through the contact form on our website.

Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the formation or performance of a contract — quotation and information requests), Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest — answering your request and security), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation). Transfers abroad rely on your explicit consent under Art. 9.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared only for the purposes above and to the extent necessary with:

• Our hosting (server) provider
• Our email delivery provider Resend and its infrastructure provider Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), whose servers are located abroad (USA)
• Competent public authorities upon lawful request

6. Transfer abroad

Your form message is delivered through Resend/Amazon SES servers located outside Türkiye. This transfer is based on the explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9) you give by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form. If you do not wish to consent, you can contact us directly by email or phone.

7. Retention

Data sent via the form is kept for a reasonable period after your request is concluded and in any case for the periods required by applicable law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. IP-based rate-limiting records used to prevent misuse are held briefly in memory and are not stored permanently.

8. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

9. How to apply

You may send requests regarding your rights, together with information identifying you, by email to cem@istinyeinsaat.com.tr or in writing to Ayazağa Mah. 132. Sokak No:14/B, 34396 Sarıyer, Istanbul, Türkiye, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
