What services does İstinye İnşaat provide?
We provide construction (residential, commercial and urban regeneration), real estate (land assessment, flat-for-land, sales and leasing) and project & consulting services (feasibility, design coordination, permitting and project management).
How does an urban regeneration project work?
We first assess the building and plot together. We then set out a written schedule and contract framework with the right holders and carry out construction and handover of a new building compliant with current seismic codes.
Do you work on a flat-for-land basis?
Yes. We work with landowners on flat-for-land and joint development models, assessing each project by location and zoning status.
